  Susan came along on the day and was so professional and lovely to deal with. But I have to say that the best part was THE ANIMALS!!! There was a great range of animals and you could tell that they were well cared for and that their welfare was very important. All the kids at my son's birthday had the best afternoon and we have made great memories that we will have forever! Highly recommended!

  WONDERFUL experience for my daughters 5th birthday party.... We hired Animals 2 U for the unicorn and face painting party and could not have been happier. All the kids (and adults) had the best time and were very entertained throughout the entire party and I owe it to the professional staff of Animals 2 U!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  The children enjoyed themselves and many lined up for a second turn. The staff member you sent was friendly, efficient and her love for the animals shone through. The animals were “well-mannered” and sociable and seemed content. I was pleased to see that you use air-conditioned transport for them because it was hot. My manger said that she has seen a lot of animal farms, and that was the best she can remember. My work colleagues asked me to make sure and tell you how good the animal farm was. We would definitely use you again and recommend you.

  Buyer beware! Very poor service and no consideration for their customers. 1st Birthday Party Booked 3 Months in advance and paid in full. Animals 2 U didn't show up leaving us with 60 guests and thousands of dollars out of pocket on the event. We were given several lame excuses then they rudely told us that they had another afternoon party to go to so they would not be coming to ours. After leaving us with a disaster of the 1st birthday without entertainment we had to call them the following day only to be met with a grumpy and arrogant attitude about refunding our money. They didn't even bother to ring with the decency of an apology or follow us up for a refund, nothing! It felt a lot like they didn't care. Before booking this company, just consider how you would feel on the day when left empty handed and lots of sad young faces that just don't understand. I would not recommend this company to anyone and unfortunately there isn't a zero star option.
